Created by their Distiller Cameron as a tribute to four things he loves: Australia, Christmas, Gin and his late mother. Distilled using real Christmas puddings along with base botanicals of juniper, cinnamon, coriander, star anise and angelica then combined with gin that has been matured in Scotch whisky barrels that have been used to age Muscat wine for 80 years. Muscat is then added for additional richness. The label depicts Australian Christmas as is designed by Melbourne artist Stephen Baker.
