Our Service
PHSS conducts full investigations into any incidents that occur in your workplace, providing a detailed report with root-cause analysis and actions to prevent recurrence. Where necessary, we will liaise directly with the Health and Safety Executive on your behalf.
How does it work?
- A member of our senior advisor team will conduct an initial review and determine next steps
- The incident will be investigated, this can include visits, taking witness statements and interviews, and examining equipment and/or location
- We will conduct a detailed root cause analysis
- A full report will be provided, and the HSE will be notified if required
