Scaffold Appreciation and Inspection


This course will give delegates the understanding and knowledge of the legal obligation in accordance with statutory legislation. It incorporates the use of scaffold, correct terminology, components and standards required to ensure a safe place of work. It covers the study of inspection techniques and the recording procedures necessary for compliance, as well as a practical scaffold inspection.
Supervisory personnel and management who may as part of their duties have to inspect scaffold and completion of reports in accordance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005.

The course will give delegates the understanding and knowledge of the legal obligation in accordance with statuary legislation. It incorporates the use of scaffold, correct terminology, components and standards required to ensure a safe place of work. It covers the study of inspection techniques and the recording procedures necessary for compliance, as well as a practical scaffold inspection.
A certificate of training will be issued.

No pre-requisites are required to attend. Delegates should bring with them their own PPE for the practical session.
