Pocketful of Stones Distillery have taken fresh north country dandelion blooms and wild-foraged Burdock and carefully distilled them with their favourite combination of botanicals to create a smooth, contemporary gin built on the backbone of British tradition. The Darling of the North. Dandelion and Burdock is a favourite flavour combination. They haave taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather, honeybush to add a floral lift and cola nut and almond to bind the flavours with orris root to add length. A classic dry gin when served with tonic water, but if you\u2019re after that old school northern fish and chip shop Dandelion and Burdock serve with ginger ale \/ or D&amp;B soda.<\/p>\n<p>Our favourite cocktail with this gin is the bramble.
