Hand-infused with no less than 5 flower unique petals, Floral’s deep violet hue transforms into a beautiful blush pink with the addition of tonic water. Each of those 5 flower petals are complimented by 5 further botanicals, including a pinch of hand-harvested fennel pollen, best known as The Spice of Angels.
The spirit opens with a burst of hand-picked Scottish rose and hibiscus petals, complemented by fragrant cardamom, warm nutmeg and sweet fennel. As it should be, juniper is very much present and helps to round off the delicate florals and spices, with hints of ripening soft-fruits and pine resin. Although it contains no added sugar, a subtle, icing-sugar sweetness is delivered by the spirit’s floral boquet. Floral Gin is served perfectly with Mediterranean Tonic Water or, for a sweeter treat, try it with some Rose Lemonade.
